Loon Retreat is the perfect place for a peaceful getaway! Our cozy cottage is situated on a small tranquil lake and offers stunning views of surrounding nature. Enjoy the quiet and relaxing atmosphere, while either taking a dip in the lake, kayaking, paddle-boarding, canoeing or just chilling with a good book. With full sun all day, you will be sure to get the most out of your stay.

weekly rentals given preference
$3500/week check in friday 4pm, check out friday 10am
for partial week requests $350/night weeknights & $450/night Friday/Saturday/holiday night (minimum 3 night stay)

50% of price due with signed contract & Balance due 30 days prior to check in
check-in 4pm and check-out 10am
Cancellation – full refund greater than 30 days prior to check in

Additional fees-policies

additional $200 charge for anyone bringing pets (maximum 2 well behaved dogs, must poop & scoop, be leashed in yard & not go on the furniture)
Must be over 25 to rent this cottage
Quiet family cottage neighborhood, not appropriate for loud party groups.
